Christmas 2007 (Continued)

We arrived in Ohio the day after Christmas. We celebrated the Milkis Christmas on the 27th. It was a nice relaxing visit. However, it went by way too fast as usual. Ocean got to meet her great grandma during this visit home. The picture above is a 4 generation picture of our family. It was great spending time with the whole family back together in Ohio.

Christmas 2007

We had an action packed Christmas this year. It was fun celebrating Ocean's first Christmas. The festivities began down in Peachtree City taking part in all of the Yarn family traditions. Christmas Eve was spent celebrating a Swedish Christmas at the Gasko's. Christmas dinner was the next night at the Yarn's. Padre prepared quite the spread!! Then to bed and up early the next morning to drive to Ohio. Roan and I were laughing as we packed up the SUV... the dog, the baby and not an inch to spare. We felt like such grown ups.

Getting Ready for Christmas

We are looking forward to celebrating Ocean's first Christmas. We will be celebrating Christmas Day with GrandDad, Mema, & Auntie Tiffany. December 26th we will travel to Ohio to celebrate Christmas with Grandpa, Nana, Aunts & Uncles, & Ocean will meet her great Grandma.

Thanksgiving in Ohio

We had a great Thanksgiving in Ohio. We loaded Ocean, our dog Gypsy and all the baby gear you could think of into the car and 9 hours later arrived in Kettering. It was Ocean's first roadtrip and she did great. We had a really nice visit. Roan headed back to Atlanta with Gypsy the Sunday after Thanksgiving and Ocean and I spent the week in Ohio. After a week of picture taking and lots of lovin on Ocean.... we boarded a plane back to Atlanta. It was Ocean's first plane ride. She loved it.

Thanksgiving at Mema & GrandDad's

Thanksgiving was Ocean's first visit to her Mema & GrandDad's house in Peachtree City. She loved all the bright and shiney Christmas decorations. We had a really nice night filled with lots of egg nog, great food and a ton of fun with family & friends.

Ocean meets Aunt Megan

Aunt Megan took a week off work to come down to Atlanta and meet her new little niece Ocean. They had a great week together filled with lots of outings. We found out that Ocean loves to get out of the house and run around town with us.

Aunt Carrie comes to visit

Aunt Carrie flew in from Denver to meet her new niece. We had a really nice weekend. Carrie helped create this Blog to share with family and friends. Ocean enjoyed getting loved on by her Aunt.
